<![CDATA[ A dark homemade bread with apricots God morgon! Jag har tänkt på det här brödet i flera veckor men inte orkat göra det. Förstå då min lycka när jag kollade i frysen i morse och insåg att jag hade fryst in en hel limpa! Jag brukar aldrig frysa in brödet men det var mamma som sa det till mig sist då jag alltid får slänga en stor del som möglat när den stått för länge. Bästa fredagsmorgonen! //Good morning! I have been thinking about this bread for several weeks but haven't had the energy to do it. Can you imagine my happiness when I checked the fridge this morning and realized that I had saved one there! I never use to freeze in bread but it was my mom who told me to the last time since I always have to throw away a big part of the bread when it´s all moldy. The best friday morning ever! Philadelphia, tomatoes and avocado on top is my favorite.. Jag har gett er receptet tidigare men om någon missat så hittar ni det HÄR. Älskar det här brödet så det är verkligen värt att prova. Det är superlätt och går snabbt att göra också. Nu ska jag och Livia klä på oss och åka till Mamma Mia och träffa en läkare. Sist jag var på BVC tog jag upp att Livia fick någon typ av reaktion sist hon åt soya (hon fick massor av utslag) och att både jag och Jens har massor av allergier så jag är lite orolig att prova nya livsmedel på henne. Tror att jag skrivit om detta förut. Hur som helst så skickade hon en remiss för allergitester och det är alltså det vi ska göra nu. Spännande. Hoppas bara att Livia samarbetar, hon hatar sjukhus sedan hon låg på sjukhuset i Spanien. To be continued, hehe. It´s super easy and quick to make. Now me and Livia are going to get dressed and then go to Mamma Mia to see a doctor. The last time I was at BVC I told the nurse that Livia got some kind of reaction when she ate soy sauce (she got several rashes) and that both me and Jens are allergic to a bunch of stuff so I´m quiet worried to try new food on her. I think I´ve written about this before. Anyhow, she sent a remittance for allergy-testning so thats what we are about to do now. Exciting.
