In collaboration with SWISS CLINIC Jag blev så glad när jag fick möjligheten att prova Swiss Clinics Whitening system då jag tycker att ett leende är det finaste en människa kan bära. Jag är väldigt mån om mina tänder och vill att dom ska se vita och fina ut när jag ler mot andra. Det är samma system som tandläkarna använder men du gör det själv i hemmet till en bråkdel av priset. Hur fantastiskt? Det är dessutom hur enkelt som helst att göra. Jag tänker visa er så ni vet hur man gör. //I became so happy when I got the opportunity to try Swiss Clinics Whitening system since I think that a smile is the most beautiful thing a person can wear. I am very careful with my teeth and want them to look white and shiny when I smile. I have fairly white teeth to begin with but they have, as many others, got discolored by all the coffee and other things I eat on a daily basis. I have tried to whiten my teeth at a dentist many years ago and yes, I got a good result, but I also got all these tooth sensitivity with it which stayed for a long while. After that I have been quiet afraid to try it again - until now. This Whitening System from Swiss Clinic is developed by dentist from Holland and is a very gentle treatment (still as effective though) for you teeth with all these tooth sensitivity as a side effect. It´s the same system as the dentists use but you do it yourself to a fraction of the price. How amazing? It´s also really easy to do. I´m going to show you how. Detta är vad som följer med i paketet - 3 sprutor med gel, två tandskenor och en behållare för skenorna. //This is what you get in the package - 3 syringes with gel, two tooth rails and a container for the rails. Det första du gör är att koka upp vatten som du sedan låter stå och svalna ett tag. Vattnet ska alltså inte vara kokhett men tillräckligt varmt för att skenorna ska mjukna i det. Håll i skenan i ca 3-5 sekunder och stoppa sedan in den i munnen.. //The first thing you do is to boil some water that you leave to cool off for a while. The water is not suppose to be boiling hot but still warm enough for the rails to get soft. But the rail in the water for about 3-5 seconds and then but it in your moth.. Ha den i munnen i ca 15 sekunder och sug bort vattnet och luften. När du har skenan i munnen så ska du trycka med fingrarna över läpparna så att skenan verkligen formar sig efter dina tänder. När skenan format sig kan du doppa den i kallt vatten för att den ska stelna helt. Efter det kan du klippa bort den överflödiga plasten så du inte får blekningsmedel på tandköttet vilket kan svida lite grann (dock ingen fara alls). //Have it in your moth for about 15 seconds and suck all the water and air out of it. When you have the rail in the moth you press your finger over your lips so the rail really shapes after your teeth. When the rail is shaped you can dip it in cold water so it hardens. After that you can cut the supernumerary plastic off so you don't get the whitening gel on your gums which can stain a bit (however, no danger at all). När skenan är färdig är det bara att börja! Spruta i två längder med gel på båda sidorna av skenan och stoppa sedan in den i munnen. Ta hjälp med fingrarna för att pressa på munskenan för att se till att gelen sprider sig jämnt över tänderna. Börja med att bleka tänderna i 40 minuter och öka sedan på tiden efter varje gång (upp till 60 minuter totalt). Fortsätt med behandlingen tills du nått det resultatet du vill. //When the rail is done it´s just to get started! Put two gel lengths on each side of the rail and then put it in your moth. Press with your fingers on the rail to get the gel to even out on your teeth. Start to whitening your teeth for about 40 minutes the first time and then you can increase the time each time (up to 60 minutes total). Keep on doing the treatment until you get the result you want. Jag har använt produkten i tio dagar och är verkligen supernöjd med resultatet! Inte nog med att dom är vitare, jag känner heller inga ilningar alls. Även om det står på förpackningen att den inte ger några ilningar så var jag lite nervös för det men icke, inte en enda ilning. Tack för det!
